The Mike Torres Hardship Fund was created to assists the members of the El Paso County Sheriff's Officers Association who are in need of assistance with medical related expenses, funeral expenses, etc. The El Paso County Sheriff's Officers Association often hosts events to assist our members and contribute to the Mike Torres Hardship Fund so we can have a more powerful impact on those officers in their time of need.
